Facilities Executive (Central)

About the role

The Facilities Executive (Central) will oversee day‑to‑day operations of Cushman & Wakefield’s facilities across Singapore, ensuring that janitorial, life‑safety, engineering and general maintenance services are delivered in line with company policies and client directives. You will act as the primary point of contact for building occupants, vendors and tenants, coordinating maintenance requests and contract programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise interior and exterior maintenance programmes and ensure compliance with safety, insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Review, bid and manage service contracts, confirming that invoices align with contract pricing.
• Prepare and maintain site‑specific documentation such as Property Information Books, Emergency Procedures, IIPP, OSHA and ADA logs.
• Develop budgets, financial reports and purchase orders; assist in capital‑budget planning and five‑year maintenance strategies.
• Collect, analyse and report statistical data to assess facility‑management objectives.
• Inspect facilities proactively and report issues to the Facility Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, vendor management and insurance compliance.
• Ability to prepare accurate budgets, financial reports and performance documentation.
