About the role
A permanent, full-time Facilities Maintenance Engineer position based on Thomson Road in Singapore, working a 5.5-day week. The role oversees maintenance and operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in building facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in building facilities.
- Supervise internal team members and external contractors.
- Collaborate with the facilities team, contractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Attend M&E-related meetings and prepare reports.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and controlling M&E works, and schedule, monitor and supervise work progress.
- Handle client inquiries.
Required profile
- Diploma in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations.
- Ability to work a 5.5-day work week.
