Facilities Manager – GMP Compliance

About the role

The Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations of pharmaceutical manufacturing and office facilities across Singapore, ensuring a safe, compliant and efficient environment. GMP certification is mandatory, and the role works closely with quality, engineering and production teams to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP and internal Quality Management Systems for all facility activities.
• Lead site facilities teams and external contractors to manage HVAC, cleanrooms, utilities, water, electrical, fire protection and building infrastructure.
• Support regulatory, customer and internal audits, and drive timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, documentation, SOPs and change‑control processes.
• Collaborate with QA to keep critical utilities validated and support qualification activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• 5‑8 years of facilities management experience in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk‑based maintenance.
