Facilities Technician

About the role

The Executive Centre is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure that all office systems and environments operate safely and comfortably. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across our flexible workspace locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance on office furniture, lighting, painting, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, sourcing replacement parts when necessary.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Document all maintenance activities, test results, and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to resolve member issues and recommend improvements.
• Provide responsive on‑site support to ensure uninterrupted workspace operations.

Required profile

• Vocational training or technical diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance, servicing and repairs.
• Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot facilities‑related problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
