Facility Maintenance Technician / Senior Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Technician or Senior Technician to join our facilities team. The role focuses on maintaining the functionality and safety of our building through hands‑on repair and preventive work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and structural work.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to detect and resolve issues.
• Install and maintain fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment as required by the facility.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimise operational disruption.

Required profile

• Proven ability to carry out general maintenance and repair tasks in a facility environment.
• Experience conducting inspections of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Capability to install and maintain various fixtures and equipment.
• Responsive attitude to service requests and ability to work with minimal supervision.
