About the role
The Facility Services Specialist will ensure a clean, safe and pleasant environment across our islandwide locations. You will lead housekeeping activities, support infection control measures and uphold professional grooming and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Project a professional image at all times and ensure team compliance with grooming and EHS standards.
- Perform housekeeping duties in assigned sections, including patient discharge bed cleaning and terminal decontamination.
- Carry out machinery cleaning tasks and any other duties or projects assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain uniform and safety work practices to provide a clean and safe working environment.
Required profile
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
- Strong independent work ethic combined with teamwork capability.
- Willingness to attend a Work‑At‑Height (WAH) course as required.
