Facility Technician – Maintenance & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our factory’s building infrastructure and mechanical systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of facilities in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for factory facilities and building infrastructure.
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, air‑conditioning, plumbing, CCTV, access control, alarm and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Liaise with building management on facility‑related matters and respond to maintenance requests.
• Assist with office and factory renovation works, space planning, and prepare purchase requisitions and orders.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Minimum Secondary School / ITE qualification.
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Hands‑on experience in facility, building services, or mechanical & electrical maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as required.

What we offer

• Competitive permanent salary of SGD 3,000–3,500 per month.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule with standard working hours.
