Family Counsellor

About the role

Lyra Health is seeking a Family Counsellor to join its Clinical Operations team in Singapore. This permanent, full‑time position involves delivering evidence‑based therapy to children, teenagers, adults and families, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for children, teenagers and adults, using evidence‑based approaches.
• Conduct parental guidance and family sessions to improve communication and resolve systemic conflicts.
• Perform comprehensive family assessments with standardized tools such as GAD‑7, PHQ‑9 and CORE‑10, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation in Salesforce and ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations and SAC ethical standards.
• Participate in crisis response protocols and collaborate with clinical supervisors and administrative staff.
• Design and deliver workshops, webinars and presentations on mental health, parenting and relationship wellness for corporate, educational and community audiences.

Required profile

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology or a related field.
• Registered Clinical Counselor or Full Member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or equivalent professional board.
• Demonstrated clinical experience supporting families, including crisis intervention.
• Proficiency with standardized clinical assessment tools (e.g., GAD‑7, PHQ‑9) and outcome‑tracking methodologies.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practice.
