Fashion/Product Designer

About the role

Le Petit Society is looking for a creative Fashion/Product Designer to develop children’s and adult apparel as well as lifestyle accessories such as bags. You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team to turn concepts into finished products that reflect the brand’s sustainable and design‑forward ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Design clothing collections for kids and adults, including technical drawings, tech packs and sample development.
• Create prints, graphics and illustrations for apparel, swaddles, bags and other accessories.
• Source fabrics and materials, evaluate suppliers and oversee material selection.
• Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise launch campaigns and product visualisation.
• Assist with embroidery and product personalisation details.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in fashion or product design.
• Strong eye for trends and ability to anticipate consumer preferences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Sketching and illustration.
• Technical drawing and tech‑pack creation.
• Sewing and textile handling.
• Graphic design and basic photography.
• Mandarin language (optional but advantageous).
