F&B Executive – Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

The F&B Executive will lead daily food and beverage operations across our island‑wide outlets, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene and profitability. You will be the front‑line manager responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee food, toast and beverage preparation and service, adhering to SOPs, health and safety regulations.
• Manage order taking and POS transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and motivate staff to recommend menu items and promotions, driving sales growth.
• Supervise daily operations including cashiering, opening/closing, stock‑taking and inventory ordering.
• Prepare end‑of‑day sales reports, monitor petty cash and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Conduct routine outlet inspections, maintain hygiene standards and coordinate minor maintenance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
