F&B Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Executive to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations across our Singapore outlets. The role involves supervising service staff, handling cash and banking duties, and ensuring high standards of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and deputize for the Restaurant Manager, overseeing overall restaurant operations.
• Supervise and motivate a team of service crew, conducting daily checklists and performance appraisals.
• Manage cashiering, banking, and monthly stock‑take processes.
• Conduct interviews, guide training, and ensure staff grooming and discipline.
• Collect customer feedback, address complaints, and maintain service standards.
• Monitor labour costs and F&B costing, adhering to company SOPs.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in food and beverage service or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a service team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on quality and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
