About the role

The F&B Executive will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of hygiene and appearance. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a busy Singapore restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with day‑to‑day operations and act as Manager on duty when required.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of supervisors, wait staff, and hosts.
• Maintain personal appearance, hygiene, and a clean, organized work area.
• Help control costs, drive revenue, and support profit‑generation initiatives.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed and report any incidents.
• Participate in weekly outlet meetings and foster teamwork.
• Conduct inventory checks and support supplier coordination.
