F&B Executive – Restaurant Operations

About the role

The F&B Executive will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and high standards of hygiene and appearance. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a busy Singapore outlet, covering both front‑of‑house supervision and back‑of‑house coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and act as Manager on duty when required.
• Supervise the Restaurant Supervisor, wait staff, and host/hostess team.
• Maintain punctuality, personal appearance, and workplace cleanliness.
• Monitor costs, expenses, and inventory to drive revenue and profit.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Operate the POS system and conduct regular product/equipment inventories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support weekly outlet meetings.
• Report incidents and disciplinary matters to management.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level graduate with a strong interest in food and beverage service.
• Excellent punctuality, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Ability to lead a team, multitask and follow established procedures.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
