F&B Instructor – Eunos

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated F&B Instructor to lead daily training in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house café operations at our Eunos location. The role combines hands‑on food preparation, customer service coaching and the application of Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to support trainees with intellectual disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily training sessions covering food preparation, cashiering, customer service, dishwashing and station setup.
• Develop and maintain visual training aids, SOPs, task sequences and checklists.
• Supervise trainees during live café service, ensuring safety, quality and service standards.
• Collaborate with the Production Team on pastries, baked goods and product‑based vocational training.
• Monitor trainee progress, maintain documentation and report behavioural or learning concerns.
• Uphold HALAL guidelines, food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in special events, catering, external exhibitions and work trials.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of café operations, F&B service, food preparation and hygiene practices.
• WSQ Food Hygiene certification.
• Experience or willingness to work with persons with intellectual disabilities.
• Understanding of PBIS (training can be provided).
