About the role

Join a well‑known Singapore Chinese cuisine chain as a Kitchen Assistant/Cook. This full‑time position involves preparing Chinese Zi Char dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and working 50 hours per week across two shift options.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and cook Chinese Zi Char dishes following established recipes.
Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during assigned shifts (9 am‑8:30 pm or 10:30 am‑10 pm) with a 1.5‑hour break.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to meet hygiene standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order preparation.
Participate in cooking skill training to improve culinary techniques.

Required profile

Fresh or entry‑level candidates.
Willingness to work 50 hours per week, five days a week.
Ability to work either of the two shift patterns.
