F&B Reservations Officer – Singapore

About the role

The F&B Reservations Officer supports the Reservations Manager in overseeing food and beverage reservation operations at a busy hospitality venue in Singapore. The role ensures reservations are accurately recorded, follow‑up actions are performed, and revenue opportunities are maximised across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily outlet reservations and third‑party platform bookings, ensuring all details are entered into the Sevenrooms system.
• Monitor reservation trends, reconfirm bookings, and aim for 100% occupancy for seminars, group bookings and private rooms.
• Maintain orderly filing of reservation correspondence and keep records up to date.
• Assist with monthly roster preparation when required.
• Track and achieve targets for abandoned calls (≤3%) and upsell opportunities.
• Communicate reservation developments to the Reservations Manager and coordinate with outlets and the Events team during high‑demand periods.
• Update promotional data across relevant departments and manage eDM blasts to promote outlets.
• Handle guest complaints, conduct investigations and coordinate resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reservations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, business contacts and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on revenue optimisation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Sevenrooms reservation system.
