About the role
Join the renowned St. Regis Singapore as an F&B Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury hotel setting. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal feels like part of an unforgettable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to service standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests clearly with the kitchen team.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service stations, and dining spaces.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical duties safely.
