About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic F&B Supervisors to manage pantry, food‑and‑beverage and production areas across Singapore on a 5‑day week schedule. The role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate pantry staff, ensure food preparation, portioning, presentation and hygiene standards.
Oversee daily F&B operations at Bukit Timah, including opening/closing, food preparation, fast service and cash handling.
Manage production staff at Pandan Loop, assign tasks, monitor performance, conduct quality checks and enforce safety protocols.
Control inventory, place orders, monitor stock levels and maintain proper storage of food and supplies.
Handle customer requests, resolve complaints and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Required profile

Fresh/entry level candidates.
Food Hygiene Certificate (GCE N Level) required.
PC literate with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
