About the role
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our restaurant in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure that the kitchen and dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction while supporting a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running of daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain a clean and well‑organized kitchen and dining environment.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular customer checks to gather feedback and improve service.
- Resolve guest or staff conflicts in a professional manner.
- Manage night and split shifts, and be available for extra hours when required.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team‑player who can work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- At least 10 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Availability to work night, split, and overtime shifts.
