About the role
We are looking for a passionate and driven F&B Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations across Singapore. The role involves managing budgets, designing menus, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day F&B operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Design exceptional menus, procure goods and continuously improve offerings.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.
- Lead, recruit, train and appraise the F&B team.
- Foster two‑way communication and a motivated, teamwork‑focused environment.
- Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service, including shift scheduling.
- Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong delegation and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Up‑to‑date with food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest‑oriented and service‑mindset.
