Field Marketing Manager – APAC

About the role

GuardSquare is expanding across Asia Pacific and is looking for its first dedicated marketing professional in the region. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will shape and execute APAC‑focused marketing activities while collaborating with global teams in Leuven, Boston and Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt global campaigns, programs and content to meet regional market, industry and buyer needs.
• Plan and run integrated demand‑generation initiatives such as webinars, digital campaigns and paid media.
• Develop regional messaging, presentations and assets in partnership with product marketing.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and track spend.
• Organise and execute conferences, trade shows, roundtables, dinners and other events.
• Support sales teams with campaign adoption and co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
• Identify and promote regional customer success stories, case studies and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Localise content and messaging for language, culture and industry specifics.
• Assist global PR efforts with regional awards, media opportunities and rapid‑response activities.
• Measure and report program performance using HubSpot and other marketing tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing, field marketing or demand‑generation experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience working across APAC markets.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute both digital and in‑person marketing programs.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives.
• Resourceful, hands‑on mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating across regions.
• Experience partnering with sales to drive pipeline generation and campaign execution.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform).
