Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives from its Singapore headquarters. The role will combine local market expertise with regional brand building to support the company’s expansion across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute demand‑generation campaigns across brand, events, digital and content to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Partner with sales teams, content creators and vendor partners to deliver resonant marketing initiatives.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Review plans with vendor partners to uncover opportunities for marketing funds and fulfill investment plans.
• Drive and manage internal events and communications such as win‑of‑the‑week, Quarterly All‑Hands, Sales Kick‑off and internal newsletters.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Partner Alliance APAC to align field marketing strategy for the region.
• Develop and deliver impactful, relevant content for target audiences.

• Lead Singapore’s field marketing activities while supporting broader Asia initiatives.
• Transform marketing strategies into measurable business outcomes.
