Field Project & Operations Executive (1-year contract)

About the role

The Field Project & Operations Executive ensures smooth daily operations at the client’s Mosquito Production Facility in Singapore. This senior‑level position bridges field staff, management, and administrative teams to maintain quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technician attendance, rostering and step in as a technician when staffing gaps arise.
• Conduct weekly quality and delivery audits, both scheduled and unannounced.
• Analyse QC data and onsite reviews to improve internal processes.
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for emergencies, providing real‑time problem solving.
• Administer technician data in the AGHRM system, including attendance, leave and overtime.
• Coordinate with payroll and support production administration during supervisor absences.
• Oversee inventory of uniforms, keys, safety gear and maintain asset tracking.
• Record, investigate and track workplace incidents for timely resolution.
• Facilitate induction, onboarding and SOP development for new technicians.
• Lead probation reviews, performance evaluations and foster positive team dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Bio‑related field or similar.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Experience in field operations, technician management or production environments preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AGHRM system for attendance and payroll administration.
