Finance Analyst – Operations Finance (Assembly & Test)

About the role

The Finance Analyst supports monthly financial close, flash reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and operational performance monitoring for the Assembly & Test organization. The role works closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver accurate insights and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close activities, prepare variance analysis, and provide commentary for management reviews.
• Deliver flash reporting packages, analyze loading performance, utilization rates and spending variances.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintain cost mappings, and validate cost models.
• Develop dashboards, automate data extraction pipelines, and participate in cross‑functional improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance or business analysis, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, data modeling).
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred).
• SQL, Python, VBA or Power Automate (optional).
