Finance and Accounting Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Finance and Accounting Executive to manage day‑to‑day financial operations and support office administration for our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day bookkeeping for all entities, including organizing supporting documents, vouchers and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, expense claims, reimbursements and payment applications, and submit payments via online banking for approval.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Compile supporting documents for audits, statutory filings and bank account openings, including KYC materials.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors and banks as required.
• Assist with budget tracking, monitoring recurring expenses and provide ad‑hoc finance support to other teams.
• Oversee office operations, manage supplies, vendor relationships and cleaning arrangements.
• Handle general office administration including reception, courier/mail, access cards and monthly office expense compilation.
• Support new‑joiner setup and other administrative tasks.
• Provide periodic KYC documentation for investment projects and maintain the group entity list and intra‑group contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently in a small team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with online banking payment operations.
• Familiarity with Xero accounting system (advantage).
