Finance Business Analyst

About the role

The Finance Business Analyst will join UARROW PTE. LTD. on a contract basis to lead end‑to‑end finance application projects, supporting budgeting and consolidation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder engagement and the capacity to adapt to emerging technologies such as generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Implement full lifecycle projects for finance applications, including Enterprise Budget and Financial Consolidation solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, detailed data analysis and data profiling to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate and drive workshop discussions with business and technology teams.
• Prepare concise, high‑quality presentation decks for senior management.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain a proactive, self‑driven approach to problem solving.
• Continuously learn and apply new generative AI technologies within the finance domain.

Required profile

• Experience working in local or foreign banks.
• Strong understanding of financial data and reporting processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different finance and data areas.
