Finance Business Partner

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Logistics, Operations, Commercial, Controllership) to drive cost transparency, manage operational costs against budget, and provide financial perspective on business decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring accurate financial submissions aligned with strategic objectives and continuously refining forecasting models.
• Monitor monthly P&L and KPIs against targets, conduct variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Build financial models for new initiatives and expansion projects (ROI, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis) and support ad‑hoc analysis requests from senior leadership.
• Support month‑end closing (accruals, reconciliations), ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards, and facilitate audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CPA/ACCA/CFA a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in fast‑paced, dynamic industries.
• Proven track record in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or FP&A.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non‑financial audiences.
• Proactive, able to work independently in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
