Finance & Controlling Intern

About the role

IQSIGHT, the evolution of Bosch Video Systems, is looking for a driven and analytical intern to join its Finance & Controlling team in Singapore. The internship offers hands-on experience in business analytics, financial steering and commercial strategy, including day-to-day operations, month-end closing, process improvements and strategic projects. It is an opportunity to work closely with experienced finance and commercial leaders and to contribute to projects that directly affect business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Sales & performance analytics: support sales forecasting and performance analysis, prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports, and analyse sales data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Commercial & financial steering: assist in pricing, discount analysis and governance, and support credit management and compliance monitoring.
• Finance & accounting: contribute to daily finance and accounting operations, support cash management and forecasting, and perform cost analysis to identify saving potentials.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales, Finance and Operations teams and support ad-hoc business analysis requests.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail, comfortable working with data and turning numbers into insights.
• Good written and spoken English, structured, proactive and able to work independently.
• Availability for at least 4 months.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI and workflow automation is a plus.
