Finance Executive (Contract)

About the role

The Finance Executive will support the Finance team in Singapore by managing core financial processes and ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance. This contract position offers exposure to a broad range of finance functions within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, lease accounting, bank and cash management, GST, inventories and financial reporting.
• Process financial transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, POS receipts and other financial records.
• Manage vendor invoices and respond to finance‑related enquiries.
• Prepare audit schedules and financial reconciliations.
• Support GST submissions and ensure statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
• Assist with audits, fixed‑asset verification and inventory stock counts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance matters.
• Utilise finance automation tools (RPA) and online platforms to streamline invoice processing and system integration.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.
