Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Executive to join the finance team of a Singapore‑based fund management group. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for day‑to‑day finance operations across our Singapore entities.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including invoice handling, staff claims and payment preparation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, salary and CPF payments in compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform bookkeeping using Xero.
• Execute bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support month‑end closing with journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations and related schedules.
• Manage fixed‑asset and pre‑payment schedules and reconcile them to the general ledger.
• Prepare GST calculations and supporting schedules for quarterly filings.
• Compile documentation for audit, tax and statutory requirements.
• Ensure proper finance documentation and assist with process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with payment processing and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF and GST regulations.
• Comfortable with bookkeeping, routine journal entries and month‑end accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• High integrity handling confidential financial and employee information.
• Experience in financial services, asset or fund management is a plus.
