Finance Executive

About the role

HEPMIL Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to join its fast‑growing media and creator business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support month‑end close, statutory reporting and act as the liaison with the Shared Services Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, pre‑payments and supporting schedules.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Support statutory audit and tax reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with the Shared Services Centre on accounts payable, receivable and treasury matters.
• Monitor service delivery, follow up on outstanding transactions and escalations.
• Provide financial support to business and operations teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in finance transformation projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting systems such as Xero or SAP
