Finance Executive

About the role

The Finance Executive will manage the full set of accounts for assigned dental clinics, ensuring accurate billing, payments, and financial reporting. This role supports the Finance Manager in day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑growing dental group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for assigned clinics and calculate dentist service fees based on contracts.
• Process payments, receipts, and invoices using accounting software.
• Monitor CHAS/MediSave payments and reconcile them with internal billing records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, staff reimbursements, patient refunds, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month‑end closing, GST reporting, and annual audits.
• Liaise with clinics, vendors, and government agencies on financial matters.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
