Finance & HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Finance & HR Executive to manage our finance, payroll and human resources functions. The role supports day‑to‑day accounting, ensures accurate payroll processing and assists with HR administration in a Singapore‑based security and training organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the full set of accounts, including AR, AP, General Ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and GST submissions.
• Process supplier invoices, customer billings and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries during audits.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF submissions accurately and on time.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters and manage employee records.
• Support recruitment activities, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, financial planning and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, licences, corporate filings and government grant applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance and administrative processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
• Familiarity with full‑set accounting and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, CPF and MOM regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
