Finance Intern

About the role

As a Finance Intern you will join the finance team of a leading food‑and‑beverage company, gaining hands‑on experience in daily accounting, payments and vendor management across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Process regional payment applications accurately and meet stipulated deadlines.
• Collect and reconcile monthly Statements of Account (SOA) with regional counterparts.
• Maintain and update comprehensive vendor profiles and archival records.
• Support e‑procurement processes and assist in logistics‑management workflows.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial, data‑entry and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Able to navigate localized financial systems with Mandarin interfaces and communicate in Mandarin with regional vendors.
