Finance Manager (B2B SaaS)

About the role

A fast-growing technology company in the SaaS and fraud prevention space, which provides enterprise solutions for trust, risk management and digital transaction security, is hiring a Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role leads the end-to-end finance and accounting function across several international entities and offers regional finance leadership exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function across multiple international entities
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting and prepare consolidated financial statements for Singapore, India, UK and US operations
• Lead and mentor a regional finance team of senior accounting professionals
• Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures
• Work with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business performance
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, service providers and vendors while driving cost optimisation

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
• CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Proven experience managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations
• Prior experience leading and developing finance teams
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech or payments environment

Required skills

• Strong group consolidation experience across multiple legal entities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel
• Understanding of multi-country accounting environments, including India operations
• Exposure to audit, financial controls and corporate governance
