Finance Manager – Education Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our education business unit. The role will support strategic decision‑making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring robust financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit Managers and Centre Supervisors to analyse performance, set targets and deliver actionable insights.
• Oversee finance operations, including payment reviews, claims processing and transaction validation, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, preparing management reports and presentation materials for Board and business unit meetings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies to meet audit, tax, ECDA and statutory reporting requirements.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives such as Power BI reporting, automation and system enhancements to strengthen efficiency, controls and data integrity.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and administration experience, including budgeting, reporting and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and generate business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across business units and external partners.
