Finance Manager – Group Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Group Consolidation function across multiple entities in Singapore. You will oversee the finance team, ensure accurate reporting, and drive financial performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department and manage the finance team
• Prepare monthly consolidation for approximately 12 entities across three consolidation groups
• Generate Business Segment Performance reports and analyse actual vs. budget variances
• Provide recommendations on resource allocation based on performance analysis
• Prepare and review monthly reporting to Headquarters and yearly financial statements
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity across entities
• Implement process improvements and financial controls to enhance efficiency
• Handle quarterly GST filing and oversee AR management
• Liaise with external auditors for year‑end regulatory reporting and annual tax filing
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/CA preferred)
• 6‑8 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of group consolidation across multiple entities
• Sound understanding of risks and controls across various business functions
