Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions at INFOLOG PTE. LTD. in Singapore. The role will ensure accurate reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee group and company finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Review financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports and other financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, including business performance reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Japan Headquarters in line with Group reporting requirements.
• Produce financial analysis, management reports, KPIs and business insights to support the Director’s strategic and operational decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring audit readiness and implementation of recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory, tax and regulatory requirements and maintain effective internal controls and finance policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, government authorities and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of finance and accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse automation or IT industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing month‑end and year‑end closing, audit coordination and statutory compliance.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) – an advantage.
