Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Manager to support the CFO of APG Pay, a corporate payments company operating across Asia. Based in Singapore, the role will cover accounting, cash‑flow management, financial reporting and regulatory readiness, and will involve close collaboration with senior leadership and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly accounting close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee the outsourced accounting partner for one market.
• Handle treasury operations, including daily cash‑flow monitoring, forecasting and liquidity management.
• Coordinate with banks, law firms and auditors to support financial activities.
• Prepare board‑level finance reports and investor updates.
• Support regulatory reporting for jurisdictions such as AFSL and MAS.
• Assist with finance system implementation and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast‑growing, multi‑market environment.
• Strong technical grounding in cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to work independently in a lean, fast‑paced setting.
• IBF‑accredited training is a plus; familiarity with ISSB sustainability reporting is advantageous.
