Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure sound financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, supporting business decisions and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and optimise working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as SFRS/IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail and strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
