Finance Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead and strengthen the finance function of TOMRA Singapore during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role acts as a trusted business partner, ensuring robust financial governance while building scalable processes and a high‑performing finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, cash management, controls and compliance.
• Design and implement finance structures, policies and ways of working that support a fast‑evolving organisation.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis for the Singapore business.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analysis and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal control standards.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, banking relationships and regulatory matters.
• Support regional finance initiatives, reporting, budgeting and cross‑border finance matters across TOMRA Collection Asia.
• Mentor and guide the local finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and practical problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including reporting, budgeting and compliance.
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to both local and regional finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to review, improve and establish finance processes and governance frameworks.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
