Finance Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of TOMRA Singapore, supporting the growth of our beverage container return scheme and the broader circular economy initiative. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a trusted business partner and drive financial governance, process scalability and high‑performing finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, cash management, controls and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis for the Singapore business.
• Prepare monthly results, variance analysis and performance reports for local and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control policies.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings and banking relationships.
• Support regional finance initiatives, reporting and transformation projects across TOMRA Collection Asia.
• Guide and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including reporting, budgeting and compliance.
• Experience in a multinational environment with exposure to both local and regional finance operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian language a plus.
