Finance Manager, Southeast Asia

About the role

The Finance Manager, Southeast Asia supports financial strategy, optimises revenue opportunities and provides insights that drive business decisions across SEA markets. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director APAC, the role partners with business leaders, client servicing and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and finance counterparts to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure accurate, timely insights for the business.
• Manage net working capital and cash‑flow efficiency across SEA operations.
• Review client contracts, optimise pricing structures and support pricing strategy to maintain market competitiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in finance, including FP&A or commercial finance.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across Southeast Asia.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
