Finance Transformation Year-End Internship (Dec‑Feb)

About the role

Join PwC's Finance Transformation team for a short‑term, year‑end internship (December 2026 – February 2027). You will work on real consulting projects that help organisations modernise their finance functions through digital solutions and process redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisory engagements focused on finance process optimisation, operating model design and system improvements.
• Conduct research and perform analysis to inform transformation recommendations.
• Assist in preparing structured deliverables, such as reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to implement automation, standardisation and simplification initiatives.
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organisational structure and IT architecture for finance.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic student with a strong interest in finance, technology and problem solving.
• Available for the full internship period (Dec 2026 – Feb 2027).
• Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
