Financial Crime TPRM – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate specialist in Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) to help financial and non‑financial institutions navigate the complexities of third‑party risk across the full lifecycle. You will work with experienced consultants to design, assess, and optimise risk frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end design and enhancement of TPRM processes, covering planning, due diligence, contracting, monitoring and off‑boarding.
• Design and improve third‑party risk assessments such as TPSA (Third‑Party Security Assessment) and TPCP (Third‑Party Continuity Planning).
• Conduct gap analyses against industry best practices and peer benchmarks, and develop recommendations to close identified gaps.
• Support implementation or upgrade of TPRM platforms by collaborating with risk, compliance and technology teams to integrate workflows, data and reporting functions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in third‑party risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Security, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CRISC, CTPRP) are a plus.
• Practical experience within financial services, including exposure to lifecycle process design, key regulations (e.g., PRA DORA, MAS), risk assessment frameworks and due‑diligence procedures.
• Experience supporting implementation and configuration of TPRM platforms or systems.
