About the role

As a Financial Planning Consultant you will help individuals turn their financial goals into actionable plans. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, identify gaps and propose tailored strategies for protection, savings, investments and retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand short‑ and long‑term financial objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and highlight potential gaps.
• Design personalised financial planning strategies covering protection, savings, investments and retirement.
• Review existing client plans and recommend appropriate adjustments.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market developments, financial products and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with senior mentors to enhance advisory skills.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or PR with a diploma or degree.
• Fresh graduates or career switchers with strong communication skills.
• Self‑driven, eager to learn and comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Interest in personal wealth and finance, no prior planning experience required.
