Fire Protection Project Manager

About the role

The Fire Protection Project Manager will lead fast‑paced fire protection projects from planning through to handover, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance and full regulatory adherence. You will work with a well‑established fire safety solutions provider serving commercial, industrial, residential and high‑rise developments across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of fire protection projects, including planning, execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and site personnel, allocating resources and manpower effectively.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, technical submissions and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, local authority requirements, quality standards and workplace safety practices.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to resolve issues, manage inspections and drive projects to final acceptance.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Fire Protection Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing fire protection system projects within construction or M&E industry.
• Strong technical expertise in fire protection system design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of local fire safety regulations, authority requirements and M&E services such as ACMV, electrical and plumbing.
