Fixed Income Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Fixed Income Analyst to join Look Capital’s research team in Singapore. The role involves analysing a range of fixed income securities and providing investment recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of corporate bonds, government bonds and mortgage‑backed securities for valuation and risk assessment.
• Prepare detailed reports that clearly articulate investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolios and provide timely updates on performance and market conditions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and newsflow to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with research team members to share ideas and best practices.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and events.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis as requested.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis or a similar role.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Expertise in fixed income securities, including corporate, government and mortgage‑backed bonds.
• Strong Excel skills; VBA proficiency is a plus.
• Financial modeling, valuation techniques and financial statement analysis.
