Flow Manager (Aerospace)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Flow Manager to lead end‑to‑end operational flow in an aerospace MRO environment. The role involves overseeing disassembly, pre‑kitting and ensuring smooth production processes across the shop floor. You will work closely with production, engineering and quality teams to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operational flow from disassembly through pre‑kitting.
• Monitor work‑in‑progress, production priorities, manpower and daily performance.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and turnaround time.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery, lead time and labour utilisation.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and production personnel.
• Maintain strong shop‑floor discipline, safety and operational standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or a related field.
• 5+ years of people‑management experience (preferred).
• Manufacturing or MRO experience required.
• Aerospace experience highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
