Flow of Goods Specialist (Full Time)

About the role

Decathlon is hiring a Flow of Goods Teammate for its SGLab store in Singapore. The role keeps the store's inventory moving smoothly, accurately and safely, taking products from the delivery truck to the correct shelves. Shifts adapt to inbound delivery volumes and seasonal peaks, and you must be open to non-standard hours, including early mornings and overnights.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort products: unload delivery trucks safely, peg goods accurately, actively shelf products and process daily interstore bags from other Decathlon locations.
• Sort cardboard, hangers and waste according to recycling guidelines.
• Perform regular stock counts and control procedures so ERP inventory matches physical stock.
• Work with commercial departments on anti-shrinkage action plans, handling and tracking goods securely.
• Follow safe lifting practices, keep the work area and stockroom clean, respect receiving-area safety rules and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Willingness to work non-standard and odd hours, including early mornings and overnights.
• Adaptability, collaboration and teamwork, and organisation.
